good food, good services good price...

Service is so fast i never have a chance to interact with the pretty ladies🕵🕵🕵😂😂😂 which is good.

Haven't been to a McDonald's in years. Went for the Fish sandwich. Good service, good value, spotless clean, nice atmosphere.

The recent remodel is terrible. A big grey box. The only color left is the gold M. Food is decent most of the time.

It's McDonald's, what do you need to know? Aside from the usual food from any McDonald's it's rather average. Some of the staff is friendly but others are not (I've seen they usually yell at kids because they hangout here without purchasing a lot). It's usually clean. When I order now I use the app. This way I know my order is not going to be wrong.

My kid works here and tried to call out due to having the flu and this manager Crystal Irizarry told my kid she would write my kid up if my kid didn't get a replacement! After I said to leave if you feel worse my kid replied that she would write him up for that also! Guess who I'm getting fired! That's right I work in HR and it's completely illegal!

Still a nice place to eat! This McDonald's has been at this same location about 50 years! Still made fresh to order, nice friendly atmosphere and people! Have nothing negative to say about this location, other locations, completely different story

I like this place very much. It has a very nice mood. The food is exeptionaly good. the service is efficient and the crew is professional. The price is satisfactory. extremely recommend.

this is the worst mcdonald’s i’ve ever been to. the whole staff is rude, you get the looks, head shakes, hand gestures, attitudes and everything in between. they got my order totally wrong... after explaining what i wanted to the cashier multiple times. the man behind me was told he should order at the kiosk instead of coming up to the register. while you can’t expect much from a mcdonald’s, the customer service is just terrible. save yourself from the lazy, rude employees and go somewhere else.

I like this McDonald's, because I grew up in Hatboro, PA where it is located.

For some on known reason the employees are not friendly, we went in today 7-12-19 and ordered 2 happy meals, and got in the car to find out they forgot our Apple Juices for the meals... why just Why cant a fast food place take there time and at least act pleasant...this is the first time for the Hatboro location....

Waiting in line for 10 minutes through drive-thru and then got cold food not a very pleasant experience

Had a horrible experience. To start off there was no one showing us where we could order and the wait was far too long. After we had finally gotten our food and were on our way out one of the workers was unnecessarily yelling at a customer which is unacceptable especially at a job where you’re dealing with people 24/7. Also after we got in the car and I was eating my sausage mcmuffin with egg I realized I had bitten into an egg shell. The only reason I gave one star was because the hash brown and orange juice were good.

Fish filet, fries w/ sweet n sour sauce, and hot fudge sundae w/ nuts.That's my idea of a perfect McDonalds lunch.Nice staff, quick service, almost too much to choose from.Time for a new creative item to market. Something really out of this world. See ya BK

They gave me the worst sandwich EVER, Mayo all over it. Not recommended

This place is awesome! Reasonable rates, considerable portions and the staff are constantly very welcoming.

Haven't been to McDonald's in years. It was very clean, the young man, who took my order was very polite and my cheeseburger, french fries and ice tea hit the spot.

This is the best McDonalds in the area which to be fair isn't saying a lot.

Everyone has their favorite here. A wide variety, fast, polite service, always clean, spend a little or spend a lot. My shepherds love the McNuggets, love the Sausage McMuffin with egg. Yes, breakfast served all day ! That Ronald is one smart clown.

Drive thru girl thought it was more important to talk and laugh with other employees then serve customers. She stood holding my order with her back to me just to talk and laugh with others. When she finally did turn around no words were ever spoken to me, not how much, no thank you nothing. Maybe some more training in customer service is needed at this location.

Prices of goods often reflect the shopping experience. This place is no different. I was able to get a whole suit for under $100, but store conditions were poor. However, the staff was all friendly and pleasant, despite the holiday Rush.

Kind of hit or miss. I've ordered DoorDash from here multiple times and for whatever reason I only get my drinks 2 out of 5 times. Whenever I call them about it they seem to have an attitude, as if it is my fault.

My moms favorite place. I go there to remind me of her❤❤❤❤❤.your always in my thoughts

MacDonald's is MacDonald's, that's what makes it good. No matter where you are the food is the same.The new 1/4 pounder is really pretty good tho, fresh cooked send to make a difference because those things are tasty. Too bad the food Nazis made them stop cooking the fries in beef tallow, they used to be awesome now just ok unless they were literally just cooked.

I like this McDonald's because it is close to my house they try and get your order right. but most times I am missing something. always check your bag before u leave. but food is ok no issues with anything except the fries. which I love but they are def way over salted. but they are still yummy
